In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a folder destination on a Ricoh printer from the Web Interface. The destination can be used to scan documents to a network folder or automatically forward incoming faxes like shown in this article.
- Let’s open the web interface by browsing to the IP address of the printer.
- Up in the right corner click Login

- Login using the administrator user and password

- Navigate to Device Management -> Address Book

- Click on Add User

- On the Add User wizard select Folder Destination and click Go to Next

- Enter the Name and Key Display and click on Go to Next

- Enter the file Path and the login user name and login password. Click on Go to Next
Note: The username is not required if you have entered a default username and password in the machine settings

- Confirm the configuration and click OK

That’s it! We have successfully added a new shared folder destination in the address book.
