Office 365 Add Another User Mailbox to Your Outlook Profile

In this procedure, we will go through the steps of adding another user mailbox to your outlook profile. In order to do this, you would need to be granted full access to that mailbox.

  1. Open your outlook and click on File.
  2. Under the Info tab click on the Account Settings dropdown and select Account Settings…
  • Select your name on the Account Settings window, under the E-mail tab and click Change…
  • Another window will pop-up. Select More Settings
  • In the next window select the Advanced tab, and click on Add…
  • Enter the email address of the mailbox, that you would like to see in your Outlook and click OK
  • Apply the settings on the previous window and Outlook will now add the mailbox to your outlook profile.
